FAQ

Answers to the questions game room owners and route operators ask most before they order a skill game board.

Fit and setup

Will this board fit my cabinet?

Vertical boards fit standard vertical touchscreen cabinets. Horizontal boards run on one wide landscape screen. The cabinet type is named on every card and product page, and you can filter the catalog by it. Not sure? Send us your cabinet model through the contact page and we tell you which board fits.

Can I change the payout?

Yes. Payout is set in the operator menu, anywhere from 85% to 99.5%.

What do I need for a jackpot topper or linked jackpots?

Every board supports a jackpot. A topper screen needs a USB topper module, and a shared jackpot across several machines needs a link connection server.

How many games are on a board?

Between 1 and 5, depending on the board. The number of games is shown on every card, and you can filter the catalog by it.

Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

About 14 days from payment to delivery, to any US address, with tracking. See Shipping and delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We ship to US addresses only.

Do you offer pricing for several boards?

Yes. Send the list of boards and quantities through the contact page or to support@proamuse.com and we quote the whole order.

Rules and compliance

Where can skill games be operated?

It depends on your state, county and city. Some states allow skill games, some regulate them, and some ban them. Check your local rules, and talk to your attorney or licensing office, before you install. Our boards are sold for legal amusement and skill game use only.
