Shipping and delivery

Every ProAmuse board ships to US addresses with tracking. Plan on about 14 days from payment to delivery. We send the tracking number by email as soon as your board is on its way.

Delivery time

• Typical delivery: about 14 days from the day your payment clears.
• Orders of several boards ship together unless you ask us to split them.
• If a date matters for an opening or a route change, tell us before you order and we confirm what is possible.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Skill and amusement game rules differ by state, county and city, so check that the games you order are allowed where you plan to install them.

Before you order

• Cabinet: each listing says whether the board runs in a vertical or horizontal cabinet. Not sure? Send us your cabinet model.
• Payout: set in the operator menu, from 85% to 99.5%.

When it arrives

Open the box as soon as it arrives and check the board. If anything is damaged or does not boot, write to us at support@proamuse.com or through the contact page with your order number and a photo, and we sort it out with you. Full terms are in our refund policy.
